PROWALL ECO
Prowall ECO wallpaper is a novelty in the wallcolors materials offer. It's a non-woven wallpaper without PVC additives - 100% eco-friendly. It is a high-quality material, durable and scratch-resistant with a deeply matte, smooth structure revealing non-woven flizeline fibers with a weight of 220g.

PROWALL SAND
Vinyl wallpaper with a non-woven backing is a material of the highest quality, durable and resistant to scratches. Sand texture has a coarse sand structure with a soft shimmering effect. Semi-matt material with a coarse sand structure, weight 330g.

PROWALL CANVAS

Samples are sent in envelopes, making them easy to store and compare. In the envelope, you'll receive a set of samples from us - one sample shows the entire pattern, and the other shows the pattern scale in a 1:1 ratio. In the second set, we show all available materials, making it easy for you to compare them and choose the one that best fits your interior.

You will receive the samples in two sheets. One shows the entire pattern (scaled down) and the other shows the actual scale of the pattern.

How to measure a wall

The dimensions needed to order wallpaper are the total width and height of the surface on which it will be installed. Remember to measure carefully and accurately. If you are ordering wallpaper for more than one wall, add the widths of each wall and then provide their sum. Heights should refer to the tallest of the walls.

If the surface where you want to install the wallpaper has slopes or fixed elements such as doors, windows, radiators, please seek the assistance of our qualified specialists. Measure each element and their distances from the edges of the walls accurately. Contact us via email at hello@wallcolors.com, providing your order number and the dimensions you have obtained beforehand. Attaching a sketch of the room with imposed dimensions may be helpful. Our graphic designer will prepare a design, adjusting the wallpaper pattern to the indicated dimensions.

Worth knowing

01. Wallpaper is prepared with a 5cm / 2in allowance
If your wallpaper has been prepared to a non-standard size, we have increased it by 2.5cm / 1in on each side to ensure full coverage of each wall edge and avoid any differences caused by wall unevenness or measurement error.

02. Check the type of material and wallpaper seams
Before applying the wallpaper, check the material for compliance with your order, as well as the seams and color. If the wallpaper has manufacturing defects, file a complaint before starting the installation. Wallpaper with manufacturing defects is not a subject to complaint after installation.

03. Overlapping Seams
All our wallpapers are prepared with overlapping seams (EDGE to EDGE) as a standard installation method.

04. Cleaning Wallpaper
Wallpapers not protected by the WET system should be wiped with a damp cloth, never scrubbed, and not cleaned with aggressive detergents. After applying the WET system, the wallpaper becomes resistant to more intensive cleaning.

05. Joining Multiple Walls
The wallpaper is not tailored to individual walls, and is typically divided into equal panels. The excess on the left side is 2.5cm / 1in, and the excess on the right side is no less than 2.5cm / 1in, determined individually.

REMEMBER the wall must be:

Free of defects
Degreased
Primered
Dry
Free of dust and dirt
For walls in a wet zone, the wall should be covered with waterproofing.

Delivery and Return Policy

We prepare all products on an individual order. The time of printouts consists of production time and shipping time.

Wallpapers and decorations are made within approx.
5 working days + delivery time
In the case of non-standard orders, the deadline is counted from the approval of the project.

We only ship wallpapers via certified Fedex or Ups courier companies, which guarantee safe delivery. Each shipment is insured. The delivery time depends on the selected carrier: Courier domestic shipment 1-2 business days Courier foreign shipment 2-5 business days

If the product is unused and undamaged, you have the right to a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
