Complaints and returns
We strive to offer the highest quality products, but if something doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help. We want the complaints process to be as simple and stress-free as possible. Thank you for your trust and patience!
- Unroll the photo wallpaper on a clean surface.
- Make sure each part is free from manufacturing defects such as deformation, discoloration or height differences exceeding 5 mm.
- Please check that you have received all the panels and that the pattern matches your order.
- All elements should be uniformly saturated and the motif should match each other.
You received a damaged product – what now? Complaints and claims can only be submitted for products purchased from the www.wallcolors.com online store that have manufacturing defects, such as:
Wrong size; wrong frame; wrong material; manufacturing defects; missing part of the order. If you notice the problem mentioned above before installation -> write to us at hello@wallcolors.com with the subject line "COMPLAINT + your order number" and attach photos of the damaged product. Within 14 days, we will consider the complaint and, at no additional cost, we will resend part/all of your order or refund the purchase price. Only unused products with the defects described above are eligible for complaints. Claims will not be accepted if the product has been cut off, mounted or used in any other way, and cannot concern other elements, e.g. installation costs.
If you notice any defects during installation, discontinue work and contact us. We are not responsible if the Buyer or Installer installs a defective product.
PLEASE NOTE: Color differences resulting from poor monitor display cannot be grounds for complaint. It is not possible to 100% eliminate graphic shifts.
If your shipment has packaging damage that raises concerns, ask the courier to open it in their presence. If the contents are damaged due to improper transportation, please complete a damage report with the courier and send it to hello@wallcolors.com with the note "COMPLAINT," and we will take care of the rest. If you notice damage after the courier leaves, you have 7 days to report the damage, but you must then prove that the contents were damaged before the package is delivered.
After taking into account the damage, we will resend your order or refund the purchased product within 14 days.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have discovered product defects resulting from a damaged package after the courier left, and you do not have a damage report, your complaint will not be accepted.
Yes, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days for standard orders. However, if your order was personalized, returns are not possible.
