The Wet System by wallcolors is designed to protect wallpaper in areas that come into direct contact with water streams. It is suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, or SPA rooms where waterproofing is required. If you want the wallpaper to adorn the interior of a shower cabin or the space above a bathtub - the Metropolis resin layer will protect the wallpaper from moisture-related damage. The Metropolis protective layer is transparent and does not affect the color of the wallpaper.

! The Wet - Metropolis Metroresin system is not suitable for application on wallpapers with a Prowall Eco substrate due to their high absorbency, which may lead to changes in the structure of the wallpaper and improper functioning of the resin. We recommend choosing other substrates compatible with the Wet system to ensure the durability and aesthetics of the finish.
Preparation of the substrate and method of use
The surface of the walls and ceilings should be properly prepared in advance. The substrate must be smooth, dry, free from dirt and defects. Damages such as cracks and voids should be repaired beforehand.
Add component B to component A according to the mixing ratio instructions. The resin is supplied in weighed packages ready for mixing. !DO NOT CHANGE THE COMPONENT RATIOS. The components should be carefully mixed together; poorly mixed components may not cure on the painted surface. Apply 2 or more layers with a 6-hour interval.
The installation and protection of the wallpaper with resin should be carried out by a professional who will also provide a warranty for the protection of the wallpaper and/or wall. It is important to remember that the quality of the installation is a key factor in achieving full protection of the wallpaper.
