High-quality 2-in-1 primer that strengthens and provides water repellency is designed for very weak and brittle substrates. This product equalizes the absorbency of surfaces both indoors and outdoors. It protects against moisture, limits the growth of mold and fungi, and reduces the absorbency of the substrate. Additionally, it improves the adhesion of adhesives and plasters, as well as reduces paint consumption. Once dry, it creates a uniform, water-repellent surface ready for further treatment.

Preparation of the substrate and method of use
The substrate should be dry, degreased, and free from contaminants. Dust, remnants of paint coatings, and other dirt should be removed, and irregularities should be filled with putty. New, fresh substrates should be primed after complete drying.
