Shipping policy
All Wallcolors products are made to individual order. The processing time includes production (usually 1–5 business days) and shipping.
Delivery time
- Poland: 1–2 business days (UPS, FedEx, DPD)
- European Union: 2–4 business days (UPS, FedEx, DPD)
- Europe outside the EU and the United Kingdom: 2–5 business days (UPS, FedEx, DPD)
- North America and the rest of the world: 2–5 business days (FedEx)

- Poland: 15 PLN, free from 297 PLN
- European Union: 12 EUR, free above the threshold
- Europe outside the EU: 15 EUR, free above the threshold
- United Kingdom: 10 GBP, free above the threshold
- North America and the rest of the world: 20 USD, free above the threshold

Shipments outside the European Union
We ship worldwide. For deliveries outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for customs duties and import taxes applicable in Countrythe country of delivery. Customs procedures may extend the delivery time.
Packaging and Damage
We protect the wallpaper with foil and pack it in a sturdy recyclable cardboard box. If the package is damaged, ask the courier to open it in their presence and prepare a damage report, then send it to hello@wallcolors.com with the note „COMPLAINT”. Any damage noticed after the courier has left should be reported as soon as possible (preferably within 7 days), attaching photographs of the package and the product. The absence of a report does not deprive you of the right to file a complaint.
The shipment status can be checked on the carrier’s website by entering the package number from the shipping confirmation email.
